I recently brought my android phone SONY LIVE WITH WALKMAN and was amazed by its performance.

What bugged me most is that the bloatware that comes with your phone. You cant uninstall this bloatware from your phone without rooting.

Here is the some of the bloatwares....
EA games --- amazed by the name i just opened it and found three kids game
Games and apps--- shows you few apps and games and when you click it it directs you to google play                                          instead you can search directly from your phone
Timescape--- shows msgs missed calls allows you to share things in fb and twitter pretty needless

So with no use of these apps which takes your internal memory they can be uninstalled from your phone by rooting. Rooting also allows you to move your apps to sd card reverse tethering( u can browse using ur broadband connection by reverse tethering your phone)

okay enuf with rootin here is how to root.......

software  required

  Dooomlord rooting kit

Once downloaded extract the file and click runme

a cmd window open like this

Now in your phone

enable usb debugging ( settings->developer option)
enable install from unknown source (settings-> apps)
increase your display time out to 1 minute(settings->display)
Now connect your phone via usb cable skip the install pc companion prompt in your phone

Now click  in the cmd window press any key
thats it after sometimes your phone will reboot and voila your phone is rooted....

You can see Superuser app in your phone

Now download root explorer app from google play

click root explorer and go to system->app and delete the unwanted apps

Dont delete apps that you are not sure about deleting system apps can damage your phone.

P.S:- This tricks works only if your android version is 4.0.2.A.0.58. (Ginger bread)
Check your android version in setting ->aboutphone.

If your android version is higher like
4.0.2.A.0.62 or even higher version like ICS 4.0.4 check ma other post on rooting android running on ics

I feared first to root ma phone that i might brick it. But once rooted i felt piece of cake.......
