Check your phone GPU from google by typing your phone model + specification
eg: xperia lww specification (gsm arena is the best website to check ) and look for GPU. It may be adrfeno or mali or powervr or tegra depending on your phone

Download the SD card data according to your GPU and yes you have to download all the three parts

Put all the SD card data in one folder

If the data file extensions are .001, .002, .003 you need to use file joiner to join the data parts before you can extract the data.

Instructions:
- Extract the game data with winrar
- Copy the data folder com.rockstar.gta3 to Sdcard/Android/Data 
- Install the game APK
- Launch the game and accept the EULA license
- Go back to your home screen and open the notifiaction panel
- Click on the running GTA 3 and Play.
