jst follow the instruction...
1- connect the bb to desktop software
2- go to options-> advanced -> service book in ur mobile
3- in the service book.. press alt+SBEB
a window pops out... now leave that aside
4- now go to restore option in the desktop software/// restore the attached file..
5- now click ok on the window that pops up on ur browser.....
