If your Build version is 6.1.1.B.1.10 Skip this flashing section and goto Rooting Section

Make sure you have PC companion installed on your Computer. The firmware I am using for this Tutorial is the latest ICS firmware with no bugs

1. Download the latest ICS firmware  update for Xperia U by TIM mobile from here ( the file is Xperia U (ST25i)_6.1.1.B.1.89 ICS 4.0.4_Tim Italy By Shisma.ftf.zip jus remove the .zip extension at the end make sure you have turned on show file extension setting in your PC)

    1. Did u follow the steps carefully. You will have supersu app after rooting. Just check installing any app which require root access. (eg: root explorer, titanium backup.................)

    2. Hello!

I have the same error and yes, my device is in debugging mode. I followed your instructions to the letter and everything works (thanks for that), except rooting.
